This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Sheppard of Streatley in the County of Berks Spinster I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary charges and expences and incidental to the settling of my affairs to be duly paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease I give and bequeath to my illegitimate son Richard Munt of Reading in the County of Berks Grocer all my household goods and furniture plate linen china and other effects in and about my dwelling house at the time of my decease and also all my money securities for money and all other my estate property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal that I may be possessed of interested in or in any manner entitled unto at the time of my decease To hold the same unto my said son Richard Munt to and for his own use and benefit absolutely and in case of the decease of  my said son Richard Munt in my lifetime then I give and bequeath all and singular my aforesaid estate monies property & effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto all and every the Child and Children of the said Richard Munt that shall be living at the time of my decease equally to be divided between and amongst them share and share alike to and for their own respective use and benefit And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint  my said son Richard Munt sole Executor and Universal Legatee of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all and every other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mary Sheppard the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament in one sheet of paper contained set my hand and seal the eleventh day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty _ Mary Sheppard
