This is the last Will and Testament of me Philip Shelley of Ridgwell in the County of Essex ffarmer ffirst I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and all the charges of proving this my will to be fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Shelley his executors administrators and assigns all and every my household furniture farming stock and all and every other My Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever upon trust as soon as may be after my decease to make sale and convert the same into money and the produce arising there from I direct may be equally divided between my said son and my daughter Elizabeth and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son sole Executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of November one thousand none hundred and forty six Philip Shelley
