This is the last Will and Testament of me
Maria Shaw of No 1 Globe Road in the Parish of Stepney in the County
of Middlesex Widow made this twenty second day of September one
thousand eight hundred and thirty four made in manner following that
is to say I give devise & bequeath all my messuages lands tenements
and real Estates and all my ready money money in the ffunds
securities for money Goods Chattells and Personal Estate and Effects
whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto Mr
Joel Mann of No 8 Horner Row Marylebone in the County of Middlesex
Brewer and John Vanner of Princes Street Spital fields in the same
County Silk Manufacturer their Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns
upon the Trusts following that is to say Upon Trust to sell and
dispose of and convert the same into money in such manner as my said
Trustees shall think fit and by and out of the money to arise
therefrom to pay my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary expences
and the expences of proving this my Will and after full payment
thereof to pay and divide the residue of such money and all rents
profits and accumulations unto between & equally amongst my ffriends
Robert Vickers of Globe Road aforesaid Weaver Elizabeth Holiday the
Wife of Thomas Holiday of Mare Street Hackney in the County of
Middlesex Tailor Hannah Hall Wife of John Hall of No 34 Jubilee
Place Commercial Road in the same County Carpenter and Lydia
Woodruffe Wife of John Woodruffe of No 16 Globe Road aforesaid
Tailor their executors Admors and Assigns as Tenants in Common and
not as joint Tenants to whom I give and bequeath the same
accordingly And I appoint the said Joel Mann and John Vanner
Executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke all other Wills and
Testamentary dispositions & declare this to be my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year above written Maria X Shaw
