This is the last will and Testament of me John Sephton of Scarisbrick in the County of Lancaster Yeoman made Published and declared this twenty seventh day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty one First I do order and direct all my just debts funeral expenses and the Charges of the Probate and Execution of this my will to be paid and discharged out of my Estate and Effects and from and Immediately after such Payments I give devise and bequeath all and every my Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my wife Ann for Ever and to be at her now disposal at her death And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Ann and John Barton and John Longton Executrix and Executors of this my Will
And Lastly thereby revoking all former and other will or Wills by me made do declare this to be my last will and Testament In Witness thereof I the said John Sephton the Testator have hereunto set and affixed my Hand and seal on the day and year written

The eighteenth day of August 1836 Ann Sephton John Barton and John Longton the Executors in this will named were sworn in common form & they further made oath that the personal Estate & effects of the Testator within the Diocese of Chester were under the value of three hundred pounds
