The Will of John Senneck

 

In the Name of God, Amen, I John Senneck of West Lulworth in the County of Dorset, Yeoman, this eighth Day of October 1748, being of perfect Mind & Memory, do make and ordain this my last Will & testament in manner following _ I give & bequeath unto my Son Christopher my Clock; and the Brass Kettle, which is now at Highwood to my Daughter Jane Harvil & the Furnace which is now fix’d up in my Dwelling House at West Lulworth to my son Christopher And all the Rest of my Goods and Chattels whatsoever and wheresoever I give and Bequeath unto my said Son Christopher and my Daughter Jane Harvil, two parts to my said Son and one to my said Daughter, and as to the Living call’d Graces my Mind and Will is, that my son enjoy it during his Life, and then afterward ....to my said Daughter Jane Harvil. I also make and ordain my said Son Christopher sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament _ In witness whereof I the said John Senneck have hereunto Set my Hand and seal The Day & year first above written

Furthermore my Mind and Will is I do order and appoint accordingly, that my son Christopher let his Sister, Jane Harvil have one of my Houses to live in, which of the two he thinks proper
