In the Name of God Amen I Ann SCARNAL of
GREAT MASSINGHAM in the County of Norfolk Widow being Weak of
Body but of Perfect Mind and Memory Praised be Almighty God for
the same do make and Publish This my last Will and Testament
ffirst I Bequeath my soul into the Hands of Almighty God that
gave it and my Body I desire may be decently buried at the
discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named my
Personal Estate and Effects I Bequeath and dispose of in manner
following
Imprimis I give and bequeath unto ELIZABETH CURSSON my Daughter
Widow the sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful money of Gt Britain to
be paid to her by my said Executor or Executrix hereinafter
named six calendar months next after my decease Item I give unto
my Grandaughter ANN BLACK the sum of Ten Pounds of like lawful
money to be paid Her six calendar months next after my decease
the Rest Residue and Remainder of all my Goods Chattels Effects
and Personal Estate of what kind or nature soever or wheresoever
to me appertaining I Give and Bequeath unto my Son in Law JOHN
MASON and Ann his Wife whom I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint my Sole Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament they or either of them paying my just Debts Legacies
my ffuneral Expences and Probate of this my last Will and
Testament And I do hereby utterly revoke disallow and disannul
all former Wills in anywise by me heretofore left or made
declaring and confirming this and no other to be my last Will
and Testament in Witness thereof I the said Testatrix Ann
Scarnal have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Twenty second
day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and seventy two.

Signed sealed published and declared by the within named Ann
Scarnal the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in
the Presence of us who in her Presence and at her Request and in
the Presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as
Witnesses thereof CHAS SLEGG, MATTHEW READER his mark.
