I Meshach Sayer of Sudbury in the County of Suffolk Gentleman being in good health and of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I give and devise unto my dear wife Hannah Bella Sayer All those my freehold premises together with the yards gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging situate lying and being in the Parish of Braintree in the County of Essex now in the occupation of Henry Smith To hold to her my said Wife her heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and devise unto my said dear Wife All those my copyhold Premises together with the yards gardens and appurtenances situate lying and being in the said Parish of Braintree and which I hold by Copy of Court Roll of the Manor of Braintree which now said Copyhold premises are in the occupation of Henry Smith aforesaid To hold to her my said Wife her heirs and assigns according to the custom of the said Manor All the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease after payment of my just debts funeral expences and the Probate of this my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath the same unto my dear wife Hannah Bella Sayer to and for her own use and benefit absolutely and for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John King of Holgate near Sudbury Executor and my dear Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former Wills by me made do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of the tenth month One thousand eight hundred and forty three _ Meshach Sayer X his Mark
