In the Name of God Amen I Katherine Sayer of Fryeridge nigh yarme in the County of yorke Spinster being Sick in body but well in Mind god be praised I doe make this my Last Will and Testament Imprimus I give to my brothers Lawrance and Anthony Sayer and to Every Sister to Each a Gold ring about Tenn Shilling[e]s price I give to my brother Nic[h]o[las] Mayes a bedstead in the white Chamber I give to my nephew Nic[h]o[las] Mayes Tenn pound[e]s I further give to the s[ai]d Nic[h]o[las] Mayes my nephew the one Moietye or halfe of myn intrest in a Lease of fryeridge House and garthe and part of spitle flatt for ninetye nine yeares dat[e]d 6: octob[e]r : 1662 : made by my bro[ther] Sayer & in [? Crouch] for Security of Two hundred pound[e]s to me and Like Sum[me]s to my Sister Elizabeth the other Moietye or halfe of my intrest in S[ai]d Lease I give to my Sister Elizabeth I further give to her all my aparell and estate what soever Exceptinge above s[aid] grant to Nic[h]o[las] Mayes of Halfe my intrest of the Lease above S[aid] she paying the Legas[e]s of a bond mentioned and defraying funerall Expencces Lastly I make my Sister Elizabeth Sayer my Sole Executrix in witnes of this my will I put here to my hand and Seale this Two and Twentieth day of Fenruary in the yeare of our L[or]d God one thousand six hundred Seaventye and three Kathe[rine] Sayer Signed & Sealed In the pr[e]sence of us Francis [?
