This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Sayer of Warlingham in the County of Surrey Butcher I devise and bequeath All my real and personal estate unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Nicholl Sayer her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have at the foot hereof set my hand this twenty eighth day of April One thousand eight hundred and fifty two _ Richard Sayer
