I Will[ia]m Sawer of Little Moorsome in the County of Yorke husbandman doe make this my actuall deed of Guift of all my goods and Chattle moveable and unmoveable unto Alice Sawer my constant and ever loveinge wyfe also I put my Constant & welbeloved friend Robert Chapman of Stanghow as A foeffer in trust for my wife Alice for her onely Right & Upright meaning whatsoever also I doe my assigne ^ wife & feofer in trust yo give my brother [Henry Sawer - struck through] Rowland Sawer Twelf pence also to my brother Thomas Sawer Twelf pence  also to my Sister Ellen Stonas Twelve pence

In witnes hearof I Will[ia]m Sawer to this deed of Guift doe put to my hand & seale the fowrteeth day of decemb[e]r Annoq[ue] D[omi]nj - 1665./
