I Henry Everett Savage late of Great Arthur Street Old Street in the County of Middlesex Grocer now of Stoke Bruerne in the County of Northampton do make this my last will and testament I give and bequeath unto my mother Ann Savage all my Goods and Effects furniture and stock in trade in my house in Great Arthur Street aforesaid or elsewhere Also I give and bequeath all my leasehold property situate numbered 1, 2 and 3 in Great Arthur Street Old Street aforesaid with all the rents and profits owed to me for the same together with all my property real and personal and all my interest in any property whatsoever I appoint my brother George Savage of Stoke Bruerne aforesaid my sole executor In witness whereof I have heretofore set my hand and seal this twenty first day of ffebruary 1846
