In the Name of God Amen The Twenty seventh
day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred
and Thirty 1830 I Susanna Sansom Widow of the Isle of Portland
in the County of Dorset being Sick and weak in Body but of a
perfect sound mind and Memory praised be God do make and ordain
this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth
Imps I do give unto my Son Richard Sansom one Sitting place in
the Body of Portland Church freely to give or to Sell to him and
his Heirs Forever Then I do give unto my Son Richard Sansom and
my Daughters Alice Pearce Susanna Winter and Mary Mitchell and
my Daughter in Law Sarah Sansom, My two Dwelling Houses and back
Houses and Garden and Land adjoining the same in the situated in
the Village in Easton, Also all other Lands or property and
everything that I die Possessed of, Equally between them share
and share alike, Excepting the above named Sitting Place to my
son Richard Sansom freely to give or to Sell to him and his
Heirs Forever And the Dwelling Houses and all other Property as
mentioned Above, I do Freely Give them Freely to them to give or
Sell to them and their Heirs Forever According to the Custom of
the Isle and Manor of Portland And Lastly I do make and ordain
my son Richard Sansom and my Daughters Alice Pearce and Susanna
Winter Executor and Executrixes of this my last Will and
Testament revoking and disannulling all Former Wills before by
me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal
the day and year above written, Signed Sealed and Declared by
the said Susanna Sansom to be her last Will and Testament in the
Presence of us as Witnesses
