Farmer made the
Twenty seventh
Day of January
in the year of
our Lord one
thousand eight
hundred and
three I Give and
bequeath to my
dear Wife Isabel
Rutherford All
my Household
Furniture ready
money securities
for money Stock
Crop and Farming
Utensils and all
other my
Personal Estate
and Effects
whatsoever and
wheresoever of
which I shall
die possessed
(she paying
thereout all my
just Debts and
Funeral Expences)
to and for her
own use benefit
and disposal
provided that
she shall
continue my
Widow but in
case my said
Wife shall marry
after my Decease
then and in that
case I Give and
bequeath the
same to my sons,
Jacob, John,
Major, Robert
and my Daughters
Rachel,
Elizabeth,
Susanna equally
to be divided
amongst them
share and share
alike and I
appoint my said
Wife sole
Executrix of
this my last
Will and
Testament hereby
revoking all
former Wills by
me at any time
heretofore made
