I Peter Rowe of the Parish of Sancreed in the County of Cornwall being of sound mind memory & understanding do this 21st day of ffebruary 1814 make & ordain this to be my last Will & Testament in manner & form following Item I give & bequeath to my loving & affectionate Mother the sum of six pounds per annum to be paid by my Executor hereinafter mentioned following Item I give & bequeath to my Nephew John Rowe the Sum of One hundred Pounds to be paid at the expiration of one Year after my decease Lastly I do give unto John Rowe my Brother & John Grenfell my Nephew Executors in trust for my natural Son William Rowe alias William Johns all my ffreehold Estate in Bodinnar in this Parish also all my Personal Estate in Trust with all Bills Bonds Notes & whatever I may die possessed of in trust until he attains the Age of twenty one Years and default of his issue the ffreehold to return to my right heir from generation to generation for ever and my Chattell Effects to be divided between my Brothers & Sisters and Brother and Sisters Children Also I desire that my Money which I have in the Bank of England shall not be called in nor my Estate Mortgaged nor sold on any account whatsoever Peter Rowe
