This is the Last Will and Testament of me EZEKIEL ROUSE of Welwyn in the County of Hertford Clerk. I give and bequeath all my Real and Personal estate of whatsoever nature kind or quality the same may be which I now am or shall or may at my decease be possessed of interested in or entitled unto to my dearly beloved Wife MARY ROUSE her heirs Executors administrators and Assigns for ever subject nevertheless to the following Legacies and bequests Vizt to my Honored Father the Reverend EZEKIEL ROUSE Clerk £500. To my Brother the reverend WILLIAM ROUSE Clerk £250 And to my cousin MELIORA SHEFFIELD £100 which several legacies I direct shall be paid within three months after my decease And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and do hereby revoke all wills by me herertofore at any time made and do declare this to be my last Will and testament In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament .... set my hand and seal this 14 day of April 1787.
