The Will of John Rook

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Rook of Cherry Hinton in the County of Cambridge shopkeeper I hereby revoke all wills codicils and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath all my estate property and effects whether real or personal or of what nature or kind soever unto my beloved wife Mary Rook her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature thereof respectively to and for her and their absolute use and benefit. In witness whereof I the said John Rook the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand this twenty first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty
