This is the Last Will
and Testament of me
Elinor Roderick of the
Town of Aberystwyth in
the County of Cardigan
being of sound mind
memory and understanding
praised be God for the
same I do by virtue of a
Power to me in that
behalf given by a
certain Indenture of
settlement made before
my intermarriage with
John Roderick of
Aberystwyth aforesaid in
pursuance of all and
every Power and Powers
authority and
authorities whatsoever
in anywise enabling me
in this behalf leave and
bequeath all and
singular my personal
Estate and Effects of
what nature kind or
quality soever and
wheresoever of which I
shall die possessed unto
my Sister Mary Davies of
the Town of Aberystwyth
aforesaid Spinster
subject to the Payment
of all my just debts and
ffuneral expences the
legacies by me
hereinafter bequeathed
and the expence of
proving this my Will I
leave and bequeath to my
Sisters Alice Davies of
the Town of Aberystwyth
aforesaid Spinster and
Susanna Montagu of
Sloane Street Kensington
Widow the sum of five
pounds apiece and I will
and direct that such
legacies shall be paid
to my said Sisters Alice
Davies and Susanna
Montagu immediately
after my decease and
exclusively of the duty
to Government thereupon
and lastly I do hereby
nominate constitute and
appoint my said Sister
Mary Davies sole
Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all and
every former Will and
Wills by me at any time
heretofore made and
declaring this to be my
Last Will and Testament
