This is the Last Will and Testament of me THOMAS ROBINSON of North Nibley in the County of Gloucester Farmer. I give unto my beloved wife SARAH ROBINSON the sum of Thirty Pounds.
I give and bequeath unto THOMAS PARK of Southend in the Parish of North Nibley aforesaid and my brother STEPHEN ROBINSON of Cam in the said County Farmers all that my leasehold piece of land situate in the Parish of North Nibley aforesaid called Larks containing about six acres with the appurtenances to hold the same unto the said THOMAS PARK and STEPHEN ROBINSON their executors administrators and assigns for and during all my estate term and interest therein upon trust to permit and suffer my said wife to receive and take the rents and profits of the same for and during her life in case she shall remain and continue my widow And from and after her decease or second marriage upon trust to sell and dispose of the same and pay and apply the monies to arise by such sale in manner hereinafter mentioned .
I give unto the said THOMAS PARK and STEPHEN ROBINSON all my live and dead farming stock household furniture money securities for money and all other my estate and effects whatsoever upon trust on my decease to sell and convert the same into monies and put place and continue the same at interest upon such security as they my said trustees shall approve and shall and do pay the interest thereof unto my said wife for and during her life in case she shall continue my widow and from and immediately after her decease or second marriage upon trust that they my said trustees shall stand possessed of the said principal monies stocks funds or securities wherein the same may be invested (Page 2) and also the monies to arise by sale of my said leasehold lands upon trust to pay the sum of Fifty Pounds part thereof unto my son THOMAS ROBINSON and to my daughter SARAH NICHOLLS the sum of One Hundred Pounds and shall and do pay and divide the residue of the said monies unto and equally between my sons THOMAS ROBINSON and GEORGE STEPHEN ROBINSON and my said daughter SARAH NICHOLLS or such of them as shall be living at the time of the decease of my said wife and the issue of any or either of them that my happen to be then dead but such issue to take and divide amongst them only the share or shares of his her or their respective parent or parents and no more. And I Appoint the said THOMAS PARK and STEPHEN ROBINSON joint executors of this my Will
 
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Thirteenth day of October in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and thirty Four.

On which day appeared personally THOMAS PARK and STEPHEN ROBINSON and alleged upon oath that the foregoing paperwriting contains the last Will and Testament of THOMAS ROBINSON late of North Nibley in the County and Diocese of Gloucester Farmer deceased who died on the Fifteenth day of October now last past without having altered or revoked the same leaving goods chattels and credits wholly within the Diocese of Gloucester under the vale of Four Hundred and Fifty Pounds That they are the joint executors therein named That they will well and faithfully perform the same and render an inventory and account.
