Devises all messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments in Herrington to his eldest son Ralph Robinson; all lands in Ormsby, Yarm, Darlington, Sunderland and Southwick in the counties of York and Durham, or elsewhere, except the aforementioned estates at Herrington to Christopher Crow of Kipling, Yorkshire, North Riding, esquire, John Branwell of Hurworth, clerk, Anthony Harrison of Yarm, Yorkshire, North Riding, gentleman and Sarah Robinson, his wife
