The Will of George Robinson

 

George Robinson of St Trinians Easby, yeoman died 1717

 

For the disposition of my personal estate

Whereas I obtained a judgement in the Hilary term in the first year of his Majesties reign, in the Court of Kings Bench, Westminster against MICHAEL RYMER for one hundred pounds debt  and costs I give and bequeath the said sum of one hundred pounds and interest to my two sons in law JOHN BRIDGEWATER of Brettonby in Barton and JOHN CRAGGS of Bedale, wishing them to pay the interest to my daughter JANE RYMER towards the maintenance of her and her little son GEORGE RYMER, my grandson.

I give and bequeath to my daughter ANN BRIDGEWATER wife of the above named  John eighty pounds.

I give and bequeath to my 2 sons in law all household goods, implements etc with the condition that they pay one third of the value to my daughter Jane Rymer towards her further maintenance.

All residue of my estate I give and bequeath to my two sons in law who I make executors
