Adam Robinson of Spennithorne N Yorkshire, yeoman

I wish my body to be buried in the church of Spennithorne as near to that of my brother resting there as possible.

I give and bequeath to my older son JEROME ROBINSON, his heirs and assigns my dwelling house and all the lands and appurtenances in Spennithorne, with the 2 tables in the hall and parlour of the said house, the 2 chairs in the parlour and the buffet formers belonging to the said tables.

I give and bequeath to my younger son LEONARD ROBINSON, my house and all the lands and grounds and appurtenances  in Bellerby in the parish of Spennithorne provided he pay the sum of four score pounds out of the same to his brother when he reaches the age of twentyone.

I also give and bequeath unto my father in law BRYAN WALKER the sum of fourteen pounds annually to be paid equally out of the above two properties hoping he will be content to live with my wife and children, helping them with their affairs.

The residue of my estate I give to my younger son Leonard and I appoint him executor.

If my personal estate is not sufficient to pay my debts and funeral expenses then my two sons are to pay according to the value of their lands.
