This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Roberts of the Parish of Ewias Harrold in the County of Hereford Widow ffirst I desire that my just debts funeral expences and the proving of this my Will be paid by my Executor hereinafter named out of my Personal estate which I do hereby charge therewith with the payment thereof I give and devise unto my son Thomas Roberts all that my ffreehold estate situate lying and being in the parish of Ewias Harrold in the County of Hereford for him and his heirs for ever Also I give and devise unto my said son Thomas Roberts all my leasehold estate situate lying and being in the said parish of Ewias Harrold in the said County of Hereford for him and his heirs and assigns for and during the term of lives mentioned in the lease but subject and liable with the Payment of the sum of One hundred pounds of good and lawful money of the united Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland currant in England unto my five Children as hereinafter mentioned that is to say I give and bequeath unto my son Philip Roberts the sum of twenty pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my son John Roberts the sum of twenty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Wife of Thomas Prosser the sum of twenty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Betty Roberts the sum of twenty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret  Roberts the sum of twenty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain and to be paid to them and each of them in twelve months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my son Philip Roberts one bed and bed Cloaths Also I give and bequeath unto my son John one bed and bed Cloaths Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Wife of Thomas Prosser one bed bedstead bolster and all Appurtenances thereunto belonging Also I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Roberts my silver tea spoons one bed  bedstead bolster and all other the Appurtenances thereunto belonging which he sleeps on Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Betty Roberts the great Brass St... Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Roberts my best tea board and all the Glory China Clock and .... Also I give and bequeath unto my daughters Betty and Margaret Roberts all my household goods and furniture to be equally divided between them share and share alike Also I give and bequeath unto my six Children that is to say Thomas  Philip John Nancy Betty and Margaret all my wooden vessels and to be equally divided between them share and share alike Also I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Roberts all the rest and residue of my Personal estate be it in custody power or possession the same may be within the Kingdom of Great Briatain for him and his heirs but subject and liable to the Payment of the several legacies hereinafter mentioned that is to say  I give and bequeath unto my son Philip Roberts the further sum of One hundred and thirty Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain Also I give and bequeath unto my son John Roberts the further sum of One hundred and thirty Pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain Also  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy Wife of Thomas Prosser the further sum of one hundred and thirty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain Also  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Betty Roberts the further sum of one hundred and forty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain Also  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Roberts the further sum of one hundred and forty pounds of like lawful money of Great Britain and to be paid to them and each of them in twelve months next after my decease And lastly I do hereby constitute nominate and appoint my said son the said Thomas Roberts sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other will and wills heretofore by me made In Witness whereof I the said Margaret Roberts have to this my Will set my hand and seal the twenty second day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Margaret Robert   (Attestation Clause)   David Jones Officer of Excise Ewias Harrold   _   Jno Gilbert Atty Rollstone     Proved at London 2 October 1824   PCC Prob11/1691
