The last Will and Testament of me Jane
Roberts of Trevecke in the Parish of Talgarth in the County of
Brecon Widow In the first place I do hereby give devise and
bequeath all and singular my household ffurniture and wearing
apparel of every description unto my only daughter Elizabeth
Roberts of Trevecke aforesaid Whereas a certain Legacy is left
me by the Will of my late Brother in Law Robert Roberts late of
Richmond Surry Gent I do hereby give devise and bequeath the
same and the Residue thereof unto my daughter Elizabeth Roberts
aforesaid with full power of demanding the same together with
lawful Interest thereon And further I give devise and bequeath
all my monies due to me by bonds notes or otherwise unto my
daughter Elizabeth Roberts aforesaid subject and liable to the
payments of the several sums of money hereinafter mentioned that
is to say in the first place I give my Grandson Moses Webb now
residing in Talgarth the sum of thirty pounds of lawful money to
be paid him when he do attain the Age of twenty one and likewise
the further sum of thirty pounds unto my Granddaughter Mary Webb
of Talgarth aforesaid to be paid her when she do attain the Age
of twenty one and what monies shall remain after paying the
above Legacies and discharging such other just debts as shall be
due and owing from me at my decease my funeral expences and
proving this my Will I do hereby give devise and bequeath with
the rest residue and remainder thereof unto my daughter
Elizabeth Roberts aforesaid whom I constitute appoint and ordain
the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament all and
singular my effects whatsoever and whatsoever and wheresoever
ffreely by her to be possessed and enjoyed and I do hereby
revoke and make void all former Wills by me made In Witness
whereof I the said Jane Roberts have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 16th day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty
one Jane Roberts
