This is the last Will and Testament of me Eliza Holditch Roberts formerly of Browell House in the Parish of Leroton St Cyrus but now of Eastleigh House near Bideford in the County of Devon Widow after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and subject thereto I give and bequeath to my daughters Frances Ann Roberts Caroline Mary Jane Stringfield and Eliza Torr all the remainder of the property to which I am entitled under the Will of my late father being one fourth part or share of Six hundred and sixty six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence in the 3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities and one third part or share of one hundred and sixty pounds thirteen shillings and four pence part of the above Stock to be equally divided between them share and share alike and as to all the Remainder of my Property of what kind soever the same may be I give and bequeath the same to my said daughter Frances Ann Roberts absolutely I nominate constitute and appoint my said Daughter Frances Ann Roberts sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all former Wills made by me I declare this to be my last Will and Testament Witness my hand this 8th day of August 1850 Eliza Holditch Roberts
