testament in
manner and
form
following:
and first I
give and
bequeath
unto the
children of
JOHN YATE
begotten
upon my
daughter,
ANNE which
shall live
to attain
the age of
twenty one
years, the
sum of forty
pounds. And
I will that
the said
JOHN YATE,
my son in
law and my
son, WILLIAM
BOARDMAN,
nad the
survivor of
them his
Executors
and
Administrators
shall put
the same
forth at
interest and
pay the same
with the
improvement
equally to
and amongst
my said
grandchildren
as the shall
respectively
attain their
age of
twenty one
years. ITEM
I give my
Great Bible
to my
Grandson,
WILLIAM YATE
and
SEDGHWICKE
BOWELLS of
Merog to my
Son, WILLIAM
BOARDMAN,
together
with my
brass
scales, one
silver
spoon, one
pair of
sheets, and
my best
looking
glass. And
all the rest
of my
household
goods, I
give to the
said
children of
JOHN YATE to
be equally
divided
amongst them
by their
Mother. And
all all the
rest and
residue of
my estate I
give unto my
said son,
WILLIAM
BOARDMAN,
whom I
constitute
sole
Executor of
this my will
hereby
revoking all
other wills
by me at
anytime
heretofore
made and
declaring
this to be
my last Will
and
Testament,
