In the Name of God Amen I Jennet Threlfall Rigg of Cartmel Church Town in the Parish of Cartmel and County of Lancaster Widow being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give and devise all those my dwelling houses situate on the east side of the Market Place in Poulton in the fylde in the County of Lancaster aforesaid now occupied by Henry Hodgson and John Crookall with all their appurtenances and the rents issues and profits thereof unto my daughter Ellen Rigg her heirs and assigns absolutely And as to for and concerning All other my lands tenements real Estate my shares in the Lancaster Canal and stock in the public funds and all other my goods chattels plate and personal estate and effects whatsoever or wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same unto my said Daughter Ellen Rigg her heirs executors administrators and assigns subject nevertheless to the payment of thirty Guineas yearly towards the maintenance and cloathing of my daughter Elizabeth Rigg during her natural life I nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter Ellen Rigg sole Executrix of this my Will and revoking hereby all former Wills by me heretofore made I do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the above named Testatrix Jennet Threlfall Rigg have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six
