In the Name of God Amen I Mary Richards
formerly of Hill in the Parish of Burton in the County of
Pembroke but now of the Town of Cardigan in the County of
Cardigan Widow whereas I am intitled during the term of my
natural life to the Interest or dividends of four hundred Pounds
given to me by the Will of my late Husband Nicholas Sweeting
Richards deceased and now vested in the three Per Cent
Consolidated Bank Annuities and I am also intitled during my
life to the Interest or dividends of two hundred pounds vested
in the same ffunds and given to me by the Will of my late Son
Morris Richards deceased now I do hereby give and bequeath all
such Interest or dividends as are now due or shall hereafter
become due and owing to me from and out of the said several sums
of four hundred Pounds and two hundred pounds and all and every
sum and sums of money Interest and dividends whatsoever which
shall be due or owing to me at the time of my decease unto my
Son in Law David Davies of the Town of Cardigan Glazier and
Sophia his Wife their Exors and Admors for ever and I do give
and bequeath unto the said David Davies and Sophia his Wife all
my Personal Estate and Effects of every description and I do
wish them to have the care of the Children of my late Daughter
Elizabeth Thomas deceased and I do appoint the said David Davies
and the said Sophia his Wife Exors of this my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
Seal the twenty seventh day of ffebruary in the Year of our Lord
