Jane Richards of Pant y
Maen in the Parish of
Llansilin in the County
of Denbigh Widow being
weak in Body, but of
sound disposing Mind
Memory and
understanding, Do make
publish and declare this
my last will and
Testament in manner and
form following (that is
to say) Whereas that I
am possessed of the sum
seventy Pounds in the
Hands and Possession of
my son Edward Richards
and the like sum of
seventy Pounds in the
Hands and Possession of
my son Morris Richards
which I lent to him
which sums I give,
bequeath and dispose in
manner following. I give
to my Grand Children
Hugh and Elizabeth
children of my Eldest
son Richard Edwards
Deceased by Elizabeth
his wife the sum of
fifteen Pounds apiece to
be paid to them when
they attain the Age of
twenty one years
respective with lawfull
Interest for the same
from the day of my
Death, I give to my Son
Hugh Richards the sum of
thirty Pounds and also
to my ___ ? son Edward
Richards the sum of
thirty Pounds, and
likewise to my said Son
Morris Richards the sum
of thirty Pounds all of
lawfull money of Great
Britain to be paid to
them respectively at the
expiration of twelve
Months the next after my
Decease, subject
nevertheless to the
Payment of my Just Debts
Funeral expenses and
Testamentary Charges All
the rest residue and
remainder my Personal
Estate whatsoever, and
wheresoever the same
shall be at the time of
my Decease I give and
bequeath to my said sons
Hugh Richards, Edward
Richards, Morris
Richards, Elizabeth
Richards widow of my
said son Richard Edwards
in Trust for her
children by my late son,
to be divided between
them as near as may be
as I have verbally
directed them to do, And
I do herby nominate
constitute and appoint
my said sons Hugh
Richards, Edward
Richards, Morris
Richards and Elizabeth
Richards Joint Executors
and Executrix of this my
last will and Testament
hereby revoking and
making void all and
every other Will or
Wills at any time
heretofore by me made,
and do Declare this to
be my last will and
Testament, In witness
whereof I the said Jane
Richards have hereunto
set my hand and seal
this twenty ninth day of
May in the year of our
Lord Christ One Thousand
eight Hundred and two.

Richards the other Exor

Execution upon himself
whenever he shall
hereafter think fit)
