This is the last Will and Testament of me Griffith Richards of Llwyndern if the Parish of Trawsfynydd in the County of Merioneth ffarmer I give and bequeath to my Nephew Griffith Davies Son of my Brother David Richard the sum of one hundred pounds I also give and bequeath to all the children of the said Griffith Davies lawfully begotten living at my decease the sum of fifty pounds equally to be divided between them share and share alike with the benefit of survivorship I give and bequeath to my niece Margaret the Wife of Mr Evan Hanney of Tyddyn y Morchaid the sum of one hundred pounds I also give and bequeath to all and every the children of my said Niece Margaret lawfully begotten and living at my decease the sum of fifty pounds equally to be divided between them share and share alike with benefit of survivorship I give and bequeath to my Niece Jannett the Wife of Mr Evan Thomas of Tyddyn y Garreg the sum of one hundred pounds I give and bequeath to William Ellis of Brontyrnor in the Parish of ffestiniog in the said County of Merioneth ffarmer the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid out of such portion of my personal estate as shall not consist of chattels real in trust to pay one moiety thereof to or for the use of the Church Members assembling at the Methodist Chapel in the Parish of Merenwrog for the support of the same Chapel And the other moiety of the said sum of one hundred pounds to or for the use of the Church Members assembling at the Methodist Chapel in the Village of Trawsfynydd for the support of the same Chapel I give and bequeath to Mr Jarrett Jarrett junior of Trawsfynydd aforesaid Shopkeeper the sum of twenty pounds All which said legacies I direct my Executor to pay at the expiration of twelve months next after my decease I give and bequeath all and singular my goods chattels personal estate and effects and sum and sums of money due to me by any mortgage or mortgages whatsoever subject to the payment of the said legacies unto my nephew Robert Davies of Havodfawr son of my Brother David Richards absolutely And I do hereby appoint the said Robert Davies sole Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I the said Griffith Richards have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty five _ Griffith Richards
