In the Name of God Amen I Abraham Read of the parish of Hockliffe in the County of Bedford Dairyman being sick and weak in Body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding thanks be to God for the same Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Martha Read the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds to be paid to my said Daughter when she attains Twenty One Years of Age and the interest thereof in the mean time to be paid and applied towards her Maintenance and Education in such manner as my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named Shall in their discretion think fit All the rest residue and remainder of my Money Linnen China Household Goods and Furniture and all my other Goods Chattells Stock and Cattle Stock Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Martha Read and my Two Sons Robert Read and Abraham Read to be equally divided between them share and share alike And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Executrix and George Chappell of Crawley in the said County of Bedford Dairyman Executor of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby also nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife together with the said George Chappell and Thomas Gillmann of Hockliffe in the said County of Bedford Shoemaker Guardians of my aforesaid Sons Robert and Abraham and my Daughter Martha Read and do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament IN Witness whereof I the said Abraham Read have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my Hand and Seal the Eleventh Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and Two Abraham Read
