The Will of Mildred Quartermain

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mildred Quartermain of Cassington in the County of Oxford Spinster being of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding (Praised be God) I give devise and bequeath All my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate with their and every of their Appurtenances in the Parishes of Cassington aforesaid and Ensham in the said County of Oxford or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain And also all and every my Monies and Securities for Money Household Goods and ffurniture Plate Linen Chattels and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Sister Ann Quartermain and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural Life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Cousin Ann Meales her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I do nominate my said Sister Ann sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Mildred Quartermain have hereunto set my Hand and seal this Sixteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight _ Mildred Quartermain   (Attestation Clause)   Robt Russell _ William Jones _ Thomas Hales   Administration with Will annexed 19 February 1790 to Ann Meales Spinster Cousin German of the said deceased and Residuary Legatee   PCC Prob11/1188
