Elizabeth Quartermain of
Braywick in the Parish
of Bray in the County of
Berks Widow do make
publish and declare this
to be my last Will and
Testament in manner and
form following that is
to say first I Give
Devise and Bequeath unto
my son in Law John
Shotter of Braywick
aforesaid Carpenter All
my Estate at Braywick
aforesaid Devised to me
by my late Husband and
which is now in my own
Occupation or in the
Occupation of Thomas
Holderness to hold to my
said son in Law John
Shotter for and during
the term of his natural
life and from and after
his decease to the use
and behoof of my said
daughter ffrances his
Wife for and during the
term of her natural life
and from and after the
decease of the Survivor
of them the said John
Shotter and ffrances his
Wife then to the use and
behoof of their Children
which shall be then
living equally between
them and to their Heirs
and Assigns for ever
Also I Give and Bequeath
unto my Daughter
Elizabeth Pendleberry
the Wife of Joseph
Pendleberry Weaver in
new Inn Yard No 13 in
the Parish of Shoreditch
in the County of
Middlesex the sum of ten
Pounds to be Paid and
delivered to her by my
Executor hereinafter
named within one Year
after my decease Also I
Give and Bequeath unto
my Grand Daughter
Susanna Hildrup Youngest
Daughter of the said
Benjamin Hildrup the sum
of ten Pounds to be Paid
and Applyed unto her at
the discretion of my
Executor hereinafter
named as he shall think
most fir for her benefit
and Advantage and I do
direct that all my just
Debts ffuneral and
Testamentary Expences
shall be Paid and
discharged as soon as
conveniently may be
after my decease by my
Executor hereinafter
named and from and After
Payment thereof I Give
Devise and Bequeath unto
the said John Shotter
his Heirs Executors
Administrators and
Assigns whom I do hereby
Nominate Constitute and
Appoint sole Executor of
this my last Will and
Testament hereby
revoking and making void
all former and other
Will and Wills by me at
any time heretofore made
