This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Quantrill a Servant of Colonel Prouse of Yeovil Somerset Imprimis Out of the whole property I die possessed of I give and bequeath in manner and form following _ Viz _ In the first place thirty pounds Pr Annum .... as Interest of the Principal of what I die possessed of provided it amounts to that sum to my dear Wife for her life and also my metal Watch & Seal and after her decease the Principal to be divided between my four Nephews & four nieces equally from the property I die possessed of either in the funds or elsewhere likewise I bequeath to my sister Jane Kerridge thirty pounds to be paid her immediately after my decease from the Saving Bank Southampton Row Russell Square in London and also I bequeath my Silver Watch & Gold Seal to Mrs Simms of No 1 ffitzroy Square London My shoes I desire may be given to George Pilcher I hereby appoint Thomas Ireland Esquire of Staple Inn London my sole Executor & Trustee to this my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I have hereby set my hand & seal this twenty sixth day of August in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand eighteen hundred and twenty two Thos Quantrill X his mark Signed Sealed & delivered in the Presence of ...H.Hunt _ G.
