The Will of Philip Pyle

 

The last Will and Testament of me Philip Pyle of the City of Norwich Clerk ffirst I give and devise to Ann my beloved Wife All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments be the same ffreehold Copyhold or of any other nature or tenure whatsoever and wheresoever situate lying or being to hold the same to her my said Wife All my Personal Estate of what nature or kindsoever and Wheresoever being she Paying all my just debts my ffuneral and Testamentary Charges And I appoint the said Ann my Wife sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said Philip Pyle the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty second day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety eight Philip Pyle
