In the Name of God Amen I David Pugh of
Lettywyn in the Parish of Dolgelley in the County of Merioneth
ffarmer being of sound mind memory and understanding praised be God
for the same do make publish and declare this my last Will and
Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and
bequeath unto my Son Griffith Davis the Sum of five shillings I also
give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Davis the sum of fifty
pounds And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal
Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath
the same and every Part thereof unto my friends Griffith David of
Dolgelley in the County of Merioneth Merchant and Edmund David of
Tynyllwyn in the Parish of Llanelltyd in the same County ffarmer
upon trust and confidence that they or the Survivor of them and the
Exors Admors & Assigns of such Survivor do and shall as conveniently
may be after my decease sell and dispose of such Part of my Personal
Estate as shall not consist of money after deducting the Legacies
hereinbefore bequeathed the expences of proving this my Will and of
carrying the trust reposed in them into execution unto my daughter
Margaret David if she shall be of the age of eighteen years at the
time of my decease but if my death shall happen before she shall
attain that age Then upon trust to lay out the money at Interest
upon good Security and pay the said Principal and Interest unto my
said daughter Margaret when and as soon as she shall attain the said
age of eighteen Years And I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint the said Griffith David and Edmund David Executors of this
my last Will and Testament In trust as hereinbefore expressed and
declared And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills
heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this twenty seventh
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
