I James Provis of Warminster Wilts Gentleman publish my last Will as follows whereof I appoint my dear Wife Elizabeth and my Sister Jane Provis joint Executrixes after Payment of my lawful debts funeral and testamentary Expences I give to my dear Wife for her natural life one clear yearly Sum or Annuity of fforty Pounds to be paid Quarterly the first Payment to be made the quarter day next after my decease but my will is such Annuity shall cease and determine on my Wife’s second marriage and on payment to her of two hundred pounds out of my residuary Estate All my household Goods ffurniture Plate Linen and China I bequeath to my dear Wife and whereas by a Bond bearing date 3 March 1832 She has secured to her the Sum of eight hundred pounds if from any unforeseen accident the same and the whole of it shall not be recovered by her I will that the deficiency if any shall be made good out of my residuary Estate And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects both real and personal I give devise and bequeath the same to my Mother her heirs Executors Admors & Assigns subject however to the Annuity above mentioned Lastly I hereby revoke all former Wills and declare this to be my only last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the twenty second day of April 1832 _ James Provis
