In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Browne Prothero of Usk in the County of Monmouth Gentleman Do hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath all my real Estates of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate unto my friend William Addams Williams of the Town of Usk aforesaid Esquire to hold to the said William Addams Williams Executors Admors and assigns for and during the full end and term of five hundred Years upon trust nevertheless by and out of the rents issues and Profits of my said real Estates or by a sale or mortgage of a competent part or Parts thereof from time to time for the whole or any Part of the said term or any other lawful ways and means in the discretion of the said William Addams Williams to raise a sufficient sum for the Payment and discharge of all Debts due  or owing from me either on my own Account or as Executor of my late ffather and I request the said William Addams Williams to pay and discharge the same Accordingly and from and after the expiration of the said term and in the mean time subject thereto and to the trusts thereof I give and devise All and Singular my said real Estates unto between and amongst my dear Sisters Ann Rhoda Sophia Mary and Eleanor their heirs and assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants I also give and bequeath to the said William Addams Williams the sum of fifty pounds All the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels Estate and Effects of what nature or kindsoever I give and bequeath unto my said dear Sisters in equal shares and Proportions as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and I constitute and appoint the said William Addams Williams to be sole Executor of this my Will and I direct that my said Executor and trustee shall reimburse himself all expences Costs and charges which he may incur or be Put unto in the execution of this my Will and in the discharge of the trusts herein contained over and above the legacy of fifty pounds before bequeathed to him I also give and devise to the said William Addams Williams and his heirs all and whatsoever the Lands Tenements Hereditaments or real Estates whether freehold or Copyhold which are now vested in me or of which I am in any wise seized In trust for any other person or persons and the better to enable the said William Addams Williams to collect and get in all sums of money due to me by Mortgage I also give and devise to the said William Addams Williams and his heirs all and whatsoever Lands Tenements or heredits whether freehold or Copyhold which are now vested in me or of which I am in any way seized by way of Mortgage And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament  In Witness whereof I have at the bottom of the first sheet of the my Will the whole whereof is contained in two sheets of paper subscribed my name and to this second and last sheet my hand and seal the fifteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty Saml B Prothero
