The Will of James Prosser

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Prosser of the Parish of All Saints in the City of Worcester Dyer of Leather that is to say I Give devize and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary Prosser All those three Messuages or Tenements situate lying and being in Dolday in the said Parish of All saints in the said City of Worcester which I now hold under the Corporation of the same City and in the Occupation of Thomas Sanders William Hall and the other now in my own Occupation all which said Premises I Give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Prosser her Heirs and Assigns for ever for she to dispose of the same in any way she shall think proper Also I Give devize and bequeath unto my said Wife All my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever and all other Estate I shall die possessed of And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Prosser sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty first day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety Seven
