This is the last Will and Testament of me Humphry Prosser of the Parish of Wormbridge in the County of Hereford Tanner being weak in Body but of sound Mind Memory and Understanding and Well weighing and considering the uncertainty of Life do make and ordain this as my last Will and Testament ffirst I will order and direct that all my Debts as I justly owe at the time of my decease together with my ffuneral Expences shall be justly Paid and satisfied by my Executrix Item I give and devise all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging called Eny Mawr situate lying and being in the Parish of Michaelschurch in the County of Hereford And the Rents.....and Profits thereof unto my Wife Mary for and during the Term of her natural Life and from and after the Decease of my said Wife Mary Then I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement Lands and Hereditaments unto my Cousin William Prosser and Susan his Wife of Newbrook for and during the Term of their natural Lives and from and after their decease Then I give and devise the said Messuage or Tenement Lands and Hereditaments unto William Parry Son of my late Brother in Law William Prichard Parry of Arkestone  in the County of Hereford Esquire his Heirs and Assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my real and Personal Estate be it in whose Custody Possession or Power the same be within the Kingdom of Great Britain unto Mary my said Wife her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Mary my said Wife to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eleventh day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seven Humphry Prosser   (Attestation Clause)   Eliza Parry  Hereford  _  Wm Tomkins Wormbridge  _  Jno Gilbert Rollstone     Proved at London 11 February 1808   PCC   Prob11/1474
