In the Name of God Amen I David Probert late
of the Parish of Llanbdernvaur in the County of Radnorshire but now
of the Parish of St Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex
Batchellor being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and
ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is
to say) I resign my Soul to the Mercies of Almighty God and my Body
to the Earth to be decently buried and Imprimis I do hereby charge
all my Estate whatsoever with the Payment of my just debts and
funeral Expences and all the Rest and Residue of my personal and
real Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what
nature or kind soever after Payment of my said debts and funeral
Expences Item I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Nephew
James Davis Son of my Brother John Davis in the Parish of Nantwell
for his own proper Use and Benefit but my Will and desire is my said
Nephew shall and will give the Sum of five Pounds each to my Nephews
Thos Jones and his Sister Betty and to my two Nephews James Drew and
John Drew and my Niece Ann Drew the same Sum of five Pounds each And
I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Nephew James Davis the
sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby
revoke all former Wills by me made and publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last
Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this twenty day of October
in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty David
