This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Pritchard of Over Ross in the County of Hereford Spinster ffirst I will and direct that all my just debts ffuneral and testamentary expences shall be fully paid by my Executor herein after named I give all my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and monies and securities for money unto Thomas Edwards of Ross in the County of Hereford Gentleman In Trust in the first place to pay all my debts and ffuneral expences and out of the residue of my property to pay one hundred pounds to my Sister Martha Griffiths Widow now living with her daughter Mary Ann Arnold as her own property and incase of her decease in my lifetime then I give the same unto and equally between her four Children share and share alike And upon Trust to pay out of the residue of my Personal Estate ffifty pounds to Thomas son of my niece Mary Arnold and ffifty pounds to William another son of the said Mary Ann Arnold and in case of the death of either of them then the whole to the survivor And any net residue of my personal Estate and monies I give to my said Sister Martha Griffiths subject to all charges of my Executor And I appoint the said Thomas Edwards sole Executor of my said Will In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the 12th day of March 1833 The Mark of X Mary Pritchard   (Attestation Clause)   Thomas Gurney      Hannah Edwards   Proved at London 7 July 1836   PCC Prob11/1864
