This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Pritchard of Ter....l within the Township of Longtown within the Parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford being of sound mind memory and understanding I give and devise all that my messuage or Tenement ffarm Lands and Premises near Bagalidale situated in the Parish of Garaway in the County of Hereford to Sarah Hoddell my Grand-daughter and likewise one hundred and thirty pounds in Cash when she come to the age of 21 years I likewise leave to Mary Hoddell my Grand-daughter the sum of two hundred and forty pounds to be paid when at the age of 21 years in good and lawful money of Great Britain I also give and devise to Elizabeth Hoddell my Grand-daughter the sum of Two hundred and forty pounds in good and lawful money of Great Britain when she attains the age of 21 years also I nominate and appoint James Hoddell my Son in Law sole Executor and Trustee of this my last Will and Testament and do give him all my Copyhold and Personal Property together with all Securities for Money whether Bonds or Notes to enable him to pay and discharge all my Legacies Debts and ffuneral Expences and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made as witness my hand and Seal this ninth day May 1820 The mark of Elizabeth Pritchard   (Attestation Clause)   John Rogers      George Jones   Proved at London 11 July 1826   PCC Prob11/1714
