The Will of William Price

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Price of Eardisley in the County of Hereford Linen Draper being of disposing mind memory and understanding that is to say I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth Price all and singular such messuages lands tenements hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances whereof I am now or may be possessed of together with all and singular my shop goods household furniture and property of every nature and description whatsoever now belonging unto me to hold the same unto the only proper use and behoof of her the said Elizabeth Price her heirs and assigns for ever And my further wish and desire is that my ffather Samuel Price shall and may hold possess and enjoy to and for his own use and benefit All and singular those messuages orchards tenements hereditaments and premises commonly called and known by the name of the Lower Shop situate in Eardisley in the said County of Hereford for and during the term of his natural life And I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Price sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and subscribed my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty three Wm Price   (Attestation Clause)   Chas Lomax      Eliz Pearce      Thos Hale   Proved at London 8 May 1824   PCC Prob11/1686
