James Price of Lodge County of Denbigh farmer..... estate.... to Edward Churton of Old Castle County of Chester gentleman and Charles Price of Shocklack same county farmer their heirs..... paying to my wife Sarah a third part of my personal estate shall be as soon as any of my sons shall attain the age of twenty-one years divided equally.
