In the Name of God Amen I Anne Price of
the Town of Presteign in the County of Radnor spinster being in
a declining State of health but of sound Mind and Memory and
being Mindful of my Mortality do make Publish and declare this
my last Will and Testament in manner following I Give and
bequeath unto my Niece Mary Wilmer my fflowered Silk Gown my
blue Tabby Silk Gown and my White Silk Quilted Petticoat I Give
and Bequeath unto my Servant Maid Mary Goodyear one Yearly
Annuity of five Pounds to be paid her quarterly by my Executor
during her life the ffirst payment to be made at the end of
three Months next after my decease all which quarterly payments
of the said annuity are to be made free and clear of all manner
of deductions and I do hereby Charge all and Singular my
Personal Estate and Effects with the Payment thereof also I give
and bequeath to the said Mary Goodyear one Bed Bedstead ....
and ffurniture thereto belonging in the Garden Chamber with the
Quilt and Blanket and three pair of fflaxen sheets six Walnut
tree Chairs in the same Chamber and one chest of Drawers in the
Garden Room in my Dwelling House and also one Small non Dripping
Pan and one Spitt and all the Rest and Residue of my Personal
Estate and Effects of every Nature and kind whatsoever I Give
and bequeath unto my Brother Edward Price and do hereby Nominate
and Appoint my said Brother sole Executor of this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking and disannulling all former Will
or Testament by me made In Witness whereof I have hereto put my
hand and seal the Sixth day of May in the Year of our Lord One
thousand seven hundred and sixty eight Anne Price
