This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Poole of Cannington in the County of Somerset Widow I give unto my Son Sealy Poole all my household goods and furniture plate linen china books pictures wines liquors and other consumable articles which shall be in or about my dwellinghouse at the time of my decease and also my Carriage I give and devise all that my freehold Close of land situate lying and being at East Bower within the Parish of Bridgwater in the said County unto my said Son Sealy Poole his heirs and assigns for ever all the rest Residue and Remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences) I give and bequeath unto and equally between my two Sons the said Sealy Poole and Thomas James Poole and their respective executors administrators and assigns as tenants in common and I appoint my said Sons joint Executors of this my will and I revoke all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty three Catherine Poole   (Attestation Clause)   Robert Davis Vicar of Cannington Somerset Robert Bate of Bridgwater Somerset     Proved at London 12 July 1845   PCC Prob11/2021
