In the Name of God Amen I Benedict Pitkin of Mursley in the County of Bucks Yeoman this twenty third day of June in the Second Year of the Reign of King George the third being in Sound Mind Memory and Understanding Do make and Declare this my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme following First I commit my Soul in to the Hands of Allmighty God and my Body to be buried at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter Named; And as for my Worldly Goods and Estate where with it hath Pleased God to Bless me I give and Dispose thereof as followeth First I Give to My Loving Sister Susannah Pitkin one Hundred and Sixty pounds of good and lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her within Twelve Callinder months next after my Decease by my herein after named Executor for the payment of which of which I Charge all my Real and Personal Estates And lastly I give and Devise unto my Loving Brother John Pitkin to hold to him and his Heirs for Ever All my Real and Personal Estate & estates wheresoever or of what Nature or kind soever Whom I make and ordain Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament Set my hand and seal the day and year above written
