The Will of James Pither

 

The Last Will and Testament of me James Pither of the Parish of Bradfield in the County of Berks yeoman being weak of Body but of Sound and Disposing mind memory and understanding I Give Devise and Bequeath from my Decease unto and for the use of my dear and loving Wife Sarah All and every my Leases and Terms Estates and Interests in the several Farms now occupyed by me with all and every my Live and dead Stock and Crops money and Securitys and all the rest Remainder and Residue of my real and personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature Sort or kind soever To hold all the above from and immediately after my decease unto and to the only proper use and Behoof of my said Wife her Executors Administrators and Assigns for evermore And Lastly hereby revoking other Will and Testament I Declare this to be my last Will and Testament and thereof make my said Wife Sarah the Executor In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of May 1775.
