This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Philpot now residing at Lyme Regis in the County of Dorset Spinster I give devise and bequeath all my Estate of what nature or kind soever unto & equally between my sisters Elizabeth & Margaret their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother John Philpot the sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and twenty three _ Mary Philpot
