This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Philpot now residing at Lyme Regis in the County of Dorset Spinster I give & bequeath all my estate of what nature or kind soever unto my sister Elizabeth Philpot her heirs executors administrators and assigns and I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother John Philpot the sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty first day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine _ Margaret Philpot
